INSULECTRO GRANTED ISO9001-2000 CERTIFICATION
by Dan Diesel

LAKE FOREST, Calif., November 17, 2004 -- I am pleased to announce that our facilities in Mountain View and Londonderry have granted registration for ISO9001:2000 for the activities of Distribution, Warehousing, and Fabrication of materials used in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards.    Also, Lake Forest will continue their registration.

The external auditor from SGS, the Registration Company, was very pleased with our quality management systems after conducting one day audits in each of the three facilities.   His audit demonstrates that our procedures, systems, and associates meet the requirements of the ISO9001:2000 standard.

This effort came about because of the efforts of many people.  Jack Davis did a great job preparing us for this process.  The teams in Lake Forest, Londonderry, and Mountain View worked hard updating procedures and implementing changes in the ways we do our jobs.  Many hours of work went into preparing for the audit and making quality even more a part of our culture.

Our efforts do not stop with registration.  We need to constantly improve our processes.  From this audit process (both internal and external), we identified over 30 opportunities for improvements. Associates are already working hard to implement those corrective and preventative actions.  Every associate is encouraged to use our new corrective action system if they see something that we as a company should be doing better.

I thank each one of you for your hard work and dedication.
