NATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR WITH THE ADDITION OF THE MID-WEST TERRITORY

Pacothane
Technologies, Division of Multilayer Worldwide Enterprises LLC, announced that
Insulectro will become the exclusive Distributor for the Pacothane Products in
the Upper Mid-West states including Illinois, Eastern Wisconsin, Missouri and
Ohio on May 1, 2005. With the addition of this territory, Insulectro becomes
Pacothane Technologies’ exclusive National Distributor for the United States.
