Re: Promotion of Ann Williams to Vice-President of Human Resources

I am very pleased to announce that effective today, January 2, 2007 Ann Williams has been promoted to Vice-President of Human Resources.

Ann has been instrumental and worked tirelessly in her role as Human Resources Manager with growing responsibility for Insulectro, LCOA and most recently with CAC, Inc. I want to personally thank her for her dedication, loyalty and commitment to our success.  We truly could not have gotten to where we are today without her. I feel very fortunate to have her as a part of the family.  

Ann will work diligently to fill the Human Resources Manager position with a candidate who will be able to compliment her strengths and skills in the human resources arena to provide added services and capabilities for the group of companies. 

I know that those of you who know and work closely with Ann wholeheartedly agree with me and I ask that you continue to support her in her new role as Vice-President.
