January
8, 2007
It is with pleasure that I
announce that Jim Foley has joined Insulectro effective today, January 8, 2007
as Vice-President of Operations. As you all know from our recent Strategic Plan
presentation strengthening and focusing on our operational capabilities,
dependability and systems is personally my highest priority for 2007. After an
intensive search during the fourth quarter I am very excited to begin this year
with Jim’s experience and talent to lead Insulectro on the road to operational
excellence.
Jim brings over 20 years of
experience with Pepsi-Cola Company where he served in a variety of manufacturing
and operations roles around the country. Most recently Jim worked for DS Waters,
one of the largest water bottling company’s in the country. He was based in
Southern California where he was responsible for overall operations at 19 plants
across the mid-West and West coast. Jim holds a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration from Hofstra University in New York and an MBA in Finance from
Saint Johns University in New York.
The following organizational
changes will occur today. Jim will report directly to me as Vice-President of
Operations and he will assume overall responsibility for all of Insulectro’s
facilities. He will be based in Lake Forest, Ca. but will travel extensively
across the Country. In the West Jim will be the acting Western Regional
Operations Manager with Mike Boardman and Rich Clemente reporting to him for
Mountain View and Lake Forest respectively. In the Eastern region Mike Plouffe
will report to Jim responsible for all East coast facilities. Bob Bosche will
report to Jim in his capacity as Quality Manager. Dave Klebba, in his new role
of Corporate Training will also report to Jim. I am attaching an updated
organizational chart describing the forthcoming changes.
I am anxious for Jim to hit
the ground running and begin to provide leadership and a process driven approach
to improving our company’s measurable operating performance including our
service level, productivity, on-time delivery, quality systems, cost structure
and logistics.
Please join me in welcoming
Jim Foley to Insulectro.
Best Regards,
Tim Redfern
