INSULECTRO has been proudly serving the printed circuit board industry for more than forty years as a supplier of the complete package of world-class products used to manufacture printed circuit board’s (PCB’s). Since those early days in the industry, Insulectro has expanded its product offering and footprint with sales, distribution and fabrication facilities spread across the country. Our sales and technical service teams have grown. The product lines we support at each customer has continued to grow steadily. However, one thing that hasn’t changed during the years is our focus and commitment to PCB industry. Insulectro is committed to developing and maintaining long term, value driven relationships with our customers. We are well positioned to supply them with their complete package of raw material requirement including copper clad laminates and prepregs, dry film photoresist, copper foil, CAC®, backup and entry for drilling, Pyralux® flex laminate, release films and pads, process chemistry, silver and diazo films, drills, routers and a variety of production assist materials. Our strategy is to combine these products from world-class suppliers with unparallel service and support to assist our customers with the management of their supply chain. Our Mission Statement makes our strategy clear: Delivering Superior Access to World-Class Products Supported by Reliable Services and Resources Insulectro has built an infrastructure unlike anyone else in the industry to support our PCB customer base. We have twelve facilities strategically located in all major PCB markets in the United States. All of these facilities maintain inventory of our complete product offering. Our customers enjoy the ability to draw from all of these stocking locations. In addition, four of these facilities are full service fabrication centers where Insulectro has the capability to customize products to fit any requirement and do so to meet our customers quick turn needs. This is what we consider “superior access”. We are fortunate to have long term, exclusive supply agreement with world-class suppliers. We represent Isola, DuPont, LCOA, Pacothane Technologies, CAC, Inc, Atotech, Circuit Foil and Tulon. All of these companies are well respected as manufactures of product to the PCB industry. In recent years we have recognized our customers growing need for resources and services that go beyond their material requirements. In response to this growing need Insulectro has built a team of dedicated technical service resources that are positioned throughout the country which have the capability to quickly be deployed to support our customers process, trouble shoot, audit, evaluate and install our products. We believe this has helped us further build our reputation and gain our customers confidence to fully support them when they need us. Insulectro will continue to be focused solely on the PCB industry and committed to its long term health and prosperity. We will always continue to search for new strategies that will differentiate us and provide continued growth opportunities. Moreover, we will continue to be committed to providing the products, services and resources that truly bring value to our customers.
