order to improve the response time for the delivery of fully
fabricated materials to our customers, we have established complete
fabrication facilities strategically placed in California, New England,
the Southern U.S., France and Germany. INSULECTRO has invested over $3,000,000 in automated
fabrication equipment and facilities. INSULECTRO has the largest fabrication capacity in the industry for rigid and multilayer laminates for sheet to panel conversion, panel identification, .002” to .125” thickness with beveled edge quality. Copper foil can be sheeted using various roll widths for standard copper and reverse treat, 12 micron to 10 oz in thickness. In prepreg we can fabricate all glass styles and resin systems, barcode labels, vacuum package, punch holes and slots with 56” width and jumbo roll capabilities. Our fabrication capacity is 2,000,000 prepreg panels per month, 2,000,000 copper panels per month, 500,000 C-A-C/Aluminum panels per month and 200,000 laminate sheets per month.
