As an industry we've sure been through some tough times together and this year has brought with it another tough economy and many new challenges. The electronics industry has been challenged by the global financial crisis, lack of confidence, and reduced spending throughout the world. These factors have combined to create the most difficult business environment since the 2001 tech collapse. The world economy has hit the reset button. All the old ways we've been accustomed to living with, our expectations and our beliefs are all being challenged and many just don't apply any longer. Without a doubt we are living in memorable times. Notwithstanding, Insulectro remains committed to continuing to provide the highest level of service combined with technical service and support to our customers across the United States. We are confident that if we continue to bring our customers value that ultimately enables their success that Insulectro will persevere and create opportunities to grow its market position. We are fortunate to have suppliers that are strong and likewise committed to the U.S. PCB market. Insulectro offers a truly world class product offering. We are able to support the entire industry including rigid, rigid-flex and flex circuit boards. Our product management and technical service strategies have allowed Insulectro to be a more focused organization and be able to develop our product strategy with our suppliers, create tools and communicate that strategy externally. It is during these times that investing in the business becomes even more critical and can make a significant difference to the business when the recovery begins. We have been working on a number of new marketing and advertising campaigns to increase our visibility, provide more meaningful data, and share the value and advantages of our products and services. After many years of minor facelifts and updates, I am pleased to announce the launch of our new website which is intended to provide more information, product data, and access to on-line ordering, order status, “point, click & pay” and other tools to enhance our customers' experience with Insulectro. Our goal with the new design and content was to provide a more comprehensive, information rich site that will allow users one site that they can go to for the information they need.
