In order to improve the response time for the delivery of fully fabricated materials to our customers, we have established complete fabrication facilities strategically placed in Northern and Southern California, New England and the Mid-West.  INSULECTRO has invested in automated fabrication equipment and facility capability. These facilities allow INSULECTRO to custom panel, sheet, tool, mark and vacuum package to both industry and our customers' specifications using automated and CNC controlled equipment.

INSULECTRO has the largest fabrication capacity in the industry for rigid and multilayer laminates for sheet to panel conversion, panel identification, .002” to .125” thickness with beveled edge quality.  Copper foil can be sheeted using various roll widths for standard copper and reverse treatments from ultra-thin foils to heavy weight foil for specialty applications. In regards to prepreg, INSULECTRO has the capability to fabricate all glass styles and resin systems, barcode label with all relevant specification data, vacuum package, punch holes and/or slot tooling patterns.

Our fabrication capacity is over 1,000,000 prepreg panels per month, 800,000 copper panels per month and 100,000 laminate sheets per month.
